After two days of snow, cloud, being in the snowcats and one of the biggest storm cycles of the season (more than 2 feet of new snow in 48 hours) we woke up to clear skies.
We skied 4 runs today, 3 of those were extra vertical and the best runs of peoples lives as we were told.
Clear, cold and high quality powder skiing on each run.
We started early- 7:30AM boot up to beat the incoming weather system which is expected to move into the area his evening brining wind and snow to the Ruby Mountains through Tuesday.
Sixteen new guests arrive his evening for the mid-week three day tour.
