March 9, 2024. those two days deserve fireworks.

Eight runs, one of them being extra vertical in Talbot Creek.

We opened four runs today that had not yet been skied in the 2024 season.

It is great to see the snowpack stability improve allowing us to access new terrain for the first time this winter.

The highlight of the ski day today was dropping off the Jakes Headwall into a sea of cold smoke, a steep entrance to a beautiful run.

We finished the day opening up several runs in Upper Talbot Creek.

At the bottom of run 8, Keith Schuler said, “those two days of skiing deserve a firework show.”

Keith and his wife Chelle always treat us to a tour nightcap with rounds of fireworks to light up the sky above the lodge.

Fire it up, one of the best tours of the season.
