March 14, 2024. it always happens when you least expect it.

Mama said there’d be days like this.

Not forecasted east winds- which are very rare at Ruby- were ripping all day, closing many of our landing zones.

8 inches of  new snow overnight, brilliant skiing but strong winds were the dominating factor today.

The first day of the 2024 season we did not hit the run guarantee.

Four runs in Thorpe Creek and Conrad Creek before an early exit.

16 three-day package guests arrive this evening for the weekend three-day tour.

We are already ready for tomorrow.

Can’t wait for the morning.

Goodnight.
