March 30, 2024. peak night.

The expected weather system forecast to bring accumulating snow to the area beginning this morning was delayed, allowing us to ski two runs in the aircraft before transitioning to the snowcat for 6 additional runs and weather deteriorated.

Like true Ruby magic, clouds decreased in the afternoon, with an unforecasted lull in the weather system. We took advantage of the break in the storm and finished the day skiing 3 runs in the aircraft.

The winter storm warning is still on track with a powerful storm expected through Sunday with accumulating snow sending March 2024 out and welcoming the month of April.

We skied 11 runs today following up yesterday’s 10 run day.

Back to back big days in a season filled with good skiing and incredible memories.

We are back at it tomorrow for Easter Sunday.

Sweet dreams.
