After a dismal day yesterday of being shut out of the mountains due to extreme winds and snow we were back at it today.
A 2023 season tie record of twelve runs today in Thorpe Creek and Conrad Creek.
Seven runs in the helicopter before wind and cloud increased, moving us to the snowcats in the cat terrain for the remainder of the day.
Fast shallow powder with a large amount of graupel from yesterdays snow and wind event provided an excellent smooth surface top to bottom.
It felt good to be back.
