A foot of new snow overnight adding to the record depth of the current snowpack in the Rubies.
Lingering cloud and strong winds kept us in the snowcats in Conrad Creek today skiing 9 runs of cold smoke.
It doesn’t stop there. After an expected break in the storm tomorrow morning, hopefully to allow the aircraft to get out, we are under a Winter Storm Warning through Wednesday Morning with up to 18″ of new snow likely above 6,000 feet.
First day of spring- feeling a lot like winter.
More to come.
See you in the morning.
