We finished the mid-week three day tour skiing two final runs and one extra run today in Thorpe Creek.
As has been the case for the last few days, the best skiing is in sheltered north facing terrain, with exposed areas being more affected by the recent northeast wind event.
We are preparing for the incoming single day tour arriving this afternoon and skiing tomorrow, with a clear and calm day expected.
The weather forecast continues to look promising for a return to winter with a strong west coast trough expected by the weekend with waves of moisture pouring into the Great Basin.
See you in the morning.
