Happy Holidays from the Ruby family. We are wishing you all a great festive season and wonderful 2021 ahead.
We are looking forward to our opening January 15th.
The Ruby Mountains have received many small storms through December that have created a good base above 9k.
It is still thin coverage, but with each passing storm things fill in more and more.
The weather forecast is favorable with a persistent west coast trough through the long term period.
We currently have limited observations throughout the range, reports coming in from snowmobiler traffic in Lamoille Canyon today was 8-10 inches of new snow from yesterdays Christmas magic storm at 9,500 feet.
The aircraft and guides arrive January 10th. Year 44 is coming soon.
Happy New Year.
