December 19, 2021. Getting Close.

10 Days ago looked very different in the Ruby Mountain and Lamoille Valley.

A large storm cycle brought beneficial moisture and snow to the Great Basin with more than a foot of new snow at Ruby 360 Lodge.

For the first time this season we made it to the top of Conrad Creek (9,800 feet) at the top of our snowcat skiing terrain in our 400 snowcat finding 2-3 feet of new snow from last weeks storm cycle.

It is Christmas Week and the greatest gift is the current forecast with multiple storms expected to impact the area beginning Christmas Eve through the long term forecast period.

Merry Christmas and let it snow.
